Thank you for choosing Boutique9012. We are committed to delivering our organic skincare and accessories to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
- Small-Batch Skincare: Because our body butters and balms are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Jewelry & Accessories: These items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
- Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and P.O. Boxes.
- International: We currently do not offer international shipping.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Boutique9012 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the package.
5. Melt Warning (Summer/Warm Weather)
Because our body butters are organic and anhydrous (waterless), they are sensitive to high temperatures.
- During summer months: We recommend retrieving your package from your mailbox or porch immediately upon delivery to prevent melting.
- Texture Changes: If melting occurs during transit, simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to solidify. The weight and benefits remain the same, though the texture may change from "whipped" to "balm-like."
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@boutique9012.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
- Lost/Stolen: Boutique9012 is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
